U2 18 Singles (Noiembrie 2006), este asa cum spune trupa the “definitive best of”. Contine 16 piese aparute de-a lungul anilor si doua melodii noi, Window In The Skies si The Saints Are Coming, un cover dupa melodia celor de la Skids inregistrata impreuna cu Green Day. The Saints Are Coming a fost lansata de trupa scotiana punk Skids in 1978 pe EP-ul Wide Open.
Ambele melodii au fost produse de Rick Rubin si inregistrate in studioul Abbey Road din Londra.
Fondurile stranse din vanzarea The Saints Are Coming au fost donate organizatiei caritabile Music Rising, infiintata de The Edge pentru a-i putea ajuta pe muzicienii din New Orleans.
Editia de lux contine pe langa cd si un dvd cu inregistrari din concertul sustinut in turneul Vertigo la Milano pe stadionul San Ciro la 21 iulie 2005.
